CloudPairs ("we") operates cloudpairs.com and the CloudPairs File Manager desktop application. This policy describes how we collect and use information.
Account data
Authentication is provided by Clerk (email, Google sign-in). We store your account ID, email, plan status, trial dates, and linked devices in Cloudflare D1.
Desktop credentials
Cloud storage credentials (S3 keys, SFTP passwords, etc.) are stored locally in your operating system keychain via keytar. They are not sent to our servers.
Payments (future)
Pro subscriptions will be processed by Stripe (Batch 7). We will not store full card numbers on our infrastructure.
Hosting
The website and API run on Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, D1). Standard server logs may include IP address and request metadata for security and rate limiting.
