Quick guides to get productive with CloudPairs File Manager.

Getting Started

  1. Sign up for a 30-day free trial.
  2. Download CloudPairs File Manager (available in dashboard after Batch 6).
  3. Sign in from the desktop app and link your device to your account.
  4. Add your first connection — S3, R2, SFTP, or Google Drive.

Connect S3 / R2

  1. Open Connections in the app and choose S3 or R2.
  2. Enter bucket, region, and access credentials.
  3. Run Test connection — credentials are saved in your OS keychain.
  4. Open the bucket in either pane and start transferring.

Connect SFTP

  1. Add an SFTP connection with host, port, username, and key or password.
  2. Test the connection before browsing remote paths.
  3. Use dual-pane copy to move files between local and SFTP.

Automation

  1. Open Automation and create a new scheduled task.
  2. Choose source and destination panes (e.g. local → S3).
  3. Set schedule: interval, daily time, or cron expression.
  4. Enable skip-existing and optional delete-after-copy as needed.
